Our stay exceeded expectations with a beautiful caravan that was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with a lovely atmosphere for our family holiday. I had a really disappointing experience with my stay in a caravan at Kath's Cornish Caravans. Initially, I was excited because the photos online looked stunning, but the caravan we were given was outdated and smelled of wet dog, even though I requested a non-pet caravan due to allergies. The shower didn't work properly, and while I appreciate the attempt to resolve it, the service was unprofessional, and the communication was lacking. To top it off, we left early due to the overwhelming issues during our stay.
